An Evony Free Forever gamer has apparently taken the game to the BBB (Better Business Bureau) of the United States after the complaints suggested the online gamer purchased evony coins, but apparently had his account deleted down the line for no apparent reason.
We’ve had no comment from Evony LLC yet on this complaint, so its unconfirmed if it’s one of the following:
* An Abusive Gamer, Having His Account Deleted for Legitimate Reasons
* Another Bruce Everiss attempt to derail evony and gain himself publicity
* Or a Genuine Complaint Against Evony
The timing of this complaint could be a blessing in disguise for Evony as they attempt to roll out and market their MMO game sequel that is ‘Evony Age 2′. The new Evony Age II is driven by a secret ‘link’ that only VIP gamers are getting access to at the moment.
While talk on game forums is rife with this new game, the publicity regarding the Evony complaint could take their Evony Age ii promotion into the mainstream as people capture news of evony in the spotlight once more.
Expect to see a powerful online ad campaign for the evony game soon, as the same adverts have been running for a while now and most expect things to change in order to promote the new sequel and keep evony on top of the MMORPG game rankings online.

Avatar The Movie
I’ve just seen the live Avatar Movie on it’s release night – 17 December 2009. (My Avatar Movie Review)
Wow, what an experience. The movie lived up to the hype and I dare say that the live Avatar movie is the best sci-fi drama since Star Wars.
James Cameron has unleashed the best CGI experience, combined with a decent story line, good movie cast and of course the 3d viewing option.
In the past, 3d movies have tended to ‘do too much’. With the avatar movie, the 3d components are intertwined quite well and they don’t go overboard.
There are some cheesy parts, the military parts played by the ‘duke nukem’ style captain and the michelle rodriguez part too, at times gets a little ‘old school USA cheesy’. But balancing this was the performance by Sam Worthington who backs up his Terminator role very, very well. The smaller role played by Sigorney Weaver too is impressive.
Where avatar the movie really succeeds is the ‘realistic’ interwoven CGI. The characters ‘created’ called the ‘Na’vi’ are believable and very well done. Unlike the later star wars movies released by George Lucas, these computer generated characters are likeable, look the part and are genuinely well designed.
It’s obvious that James Cameron has spent plenty of time developing the story, the background and the whole vibe around the navi.
While a long movie, you don’t feel drawn out – you are kept intact right the way through. From the early understanding of the navi and how they operate, right through to the eventual attack by the humans on Pandora.
The way Cameron pans out the humans (skypeople) with huge weapons against the relatively raw Navi is quite smart. Cameron uses the elements to give the natives an advantage and this remains believable through sheer numbers in the final battle.
You get the vibe of the titanic movie in parts through the music score funnily enough – but this a genuine winner.
Live Avatar Movie is a must see. Worth going to see at the movies in 3d before it hits bluray disc and DVD disc.

Evony In Court - By Bruce On Games (His A Fag)
This is amazing stuff, you couldn’t make it up. At the 11th hour, just before appearing in the Supreme Court of New South Wales, Evony have parted company with their legal team and asked for an adjournment of the case. So it is goodbye to Dean Groundwater at Warren McKeon Dickson Pty Limited and to the Evony barrister. This is a great pity as I was enjoying having Dean act against me (and if you follow the link to his name it says that he is a director of Premium China Funds Management Pty Limited, a fantastic coincidence!)
Logic says that there can only be three possible reasons for this. Firstly it is possible that Dean instigated this and didn’t want the job any more. Secondly it is possible that Evony didn’t want Dean any more. The third possibility is that the feeling was mutual and that they had a simultaneous difference.
Personally I like to think that it was Dean who decided to jump ship. Possibly because he came to the obvious conclusion that I was telling the truth and that there was no actionable case to be brought against me. However, even if he has taken the correct path, I may still sue him for libel, in London. Accusing a highly respected person such as myself of fraud in the Evony press release was a significant defamation. I am sure I can find a no win no fee solicitor in London to pursue the matter.
Evony’s new solicitor, Ric Lucas of Colquhoun Murphy in Canberra has decided to add injurious falsehood and claims under the Fair Trading Act against me. All amazing stuff considering that I have never been to Australia and my blog is not trading. Next they will be blaming me for global warming!
And here is a final piece of entertainment for you. If you have been following this you will know that Microsoft are acting against the gold farmers Super Continental and their associated company UMGE for click fraud. Since when Evony have been trying to tell the world that they have nothing to do with UMGE. Yet on p20 of their Statement of Claim against me there is an Evony advert that says in big letters “by UMGE”!!!!

Speed up Hack for Evony
I tried using the speed-up hack for resources on Evony using CE. I can’t use the increase in resources even though it shows that I have them. Is there something that I am doing wrong or not catching? I will try and use the resources and it will tell me I am insufficient resources then a minute or so later my values drop by to where they were before.
That’s because Evony is not flash-based!
You change the values of the game in your browser, not the values on Evony’s server :/ (As Evony Free Forever is a server based game (your web browser becomes the client). You will have to alter the flash settings in explorer or firefox – which ever browser you use to play the MMORTS.
I knew a program that could change packages like you need, but i cant remember now.
Summarised: You’ll ned a way to edit packages sent and receieved
